Driving in the country you may see some road kill.  Possumes, squirrels, ect.   I have never ran anything over before but the other day I almost ran over a squirrel.  I love animals and I would of started crying if I did.  Stupid squirrels.

I don't like to run over the wee critters, BUT - I will NOT swerve to avoid, placing myself in a possible crash situation.  If the Geico squirrel doesn't jump - it's his karma down the tubes....
Being that I generally ride a D/S bike, it usually isn't a problem - he has only one line of tires to dodge.   Wink

Big critters, like large dogs or deer - yeah, avoidance is definitely the Order of the Day.  They can really mess up a rider!

I did ride over a dead 'Possum once - luckily, he was FRESH dead.....  Coulda been very uncomfortable!   Shocked

I want to make road kill fur coats to sell in charity event - like this one:

see the lining? each coat is one hundred and sixteen stories - the remains of one hundred and sixteen woodland creatures murdered by motorists.

What a great ideal.  Making coats out of road kill.  I would buy a road kill coat instead of a coat where  animals were purposely killed just to make a coat.
