I am trying to get some research on the eureka pine lodge tent http://www.eurekatent.com/p-68-pine-lodge-tent.aspx I like the old time canvas look to it. I do believe it is just single wall construction, does that make a difference in how long it lasts, I am the type of camper that does the best I can to take care of my equipment. after each trip I take apart lanterns and stove and clean them, when taking down the tent I have a cloth to wipe the tent off of any depris while folding it up and in the winter months I take time to inspect and do any minor repair work that may be needed.  like i said the look of this tent has a strong hold on me, and would like for it to last for at least 20 years, my father, deceased now, but his tent he bought in 1967 and was still using it in 1997, old green canvas although it is worn in a few places but even now 2010 I would still set it up and use it. from the few reviews i have been able to find about the only complaint about it is that the fan door does not latch but i am sure a zipper or something could be sewn on to fix that wouldn't know unless i buy it and look at it.
