Hi everyone. I am new to the forum and was looking for some suggestions. I am the administrator for a new website for the Great Sacandaga lake called SacandagaLife.com. Although I have lived around the Sacandaga for over 25 years I am still looking for information and ideas on how I can better improve the site. I would appreciate anyones opinion. I love Adirondacks and the Great Sacandaga Lake. I want to give the area justice. Thanks for your help. The site is SacandagaLife.com.

First thing, I could not find a link to Camping Chatter. Cheesy  Just Kidding!

That is a well put together and thought out site. I would say just keep up with what you are already doing.

When I  went to the site, first thing I thought about was where can I camp.  I was able to quickly find the information and it had links to the official sites to make reservations and such.  Like I said well done.

If you have a press release or would like to write an article introducing your site, I would be happy to post it on my camping blog.

Sacandaga Life,

I agree with Dave.  I think you have put together a wonderful site, but since you asked for suggestions.  I might recommend putting in a section about interesting stories that have occurred there.  I think some people might find this interesting and let them think back to their experiences in that area.

Best,

Has anyone ever gone camping round europe? i have been to fance plenty of times when i was a kid n now ive got my own motorbike ive been back a number of time, camp sites are real easy to stumble accross infact thats all we did for over three months, never booked or organised where to go, just got on the bike n went n when it got dark pulled into one of the thousands of sites dotted around, i enjoyed the holiday parks dotted around too, they are like glorified campsites with swimming pools and the likes... brill... roll on the summer once more!
