I love small old trailers

When I first started camping my husband and I bought a old small trailer.  The out side was old and had some dents but on the inside it clean. It  had classic wood walls and cabnets  and a really small sink stove and bed.  It was really cozy.  We now have a big fifth wheel but I miss camping in a small classic trailer.

So true, classic smaller trailers are fun. Once I owned 1989 Aristocrat, before upgrading to latest Nomad. I installed  a tank-less water heater in my old aristocrat myself, it was old but lot of fun.

I am about to trade a buddy for an older Scamp 13 TT, that has been sitting for several years.  So, it will need plenty of TLC and some restoration.  Good summer project, before my next big local Motorcycle Camp&Meet in January.  Tired of tent camping in 30 degree RAIN!    
I figure on dragging it up to the campground by van, then return home and switch to the bike for the meet.

Luckily, the Scamp company is still very much in business, and they have everything I will need, that I won't be doing with local materials.

Your old trailer sounds delightful and full of personality.  Since I am new to camping, we are thinking of getting an old trailer.  It would enable us to camp at higher altitudes and be warm and cozy.
