I used to see people camped out in front of the Canadian National Exhibition before it opened on August 7th - the first people in line get free passes to everything - in the old days they used to line up days in advance and campo out there for about a week - now I think its just an overnight exercise. I mean how wqould you feel if you were camped out and nobody else showed up to camp behind you - it would be a pointless exercise - unless you like camping in the asphalt jungle?

I camped out to see Star Wars Return of the Jedi on opening night when I was ten years old.

Now... to be funny.. My mates want to camp out to be the first to see the new Jack Black / Moss Def comedy  Be Kind Rewind and I don't really understand why, other than its going to be hilarious.

What have you ever camped out for?

Roll Eyes  No, gotta admit, I always thought this was rather silly.  I won't even stand in line for too very long.  Got too much to do to waste the time.
