I've always had roasted marshmallows on a stick at the campfire.  But how do you take it to the next level and make the yummy smores.  I've only ate the kind prepackaged from the store. I'm sure I'm missing out!

You are a third of the way there with the roasted marshmallows.

Just placed your roasted marshmallow on a graham cracker with a piece of chocolate bar and you have it.

If you can get the chocolate on when the marshmallow is stiff warm, it will melt.  If you are talented and can balance an assembled smore near the fire, it will melt even better.  You may drop a few in the fire trying to get this right, but they taste good.

Yep, the hotter the marshmallow the better the chocolate will melt and the better it will taste.
