Can anyone recommend a state forest in Massachusetts or Rhode Island for tent camping and provide some details?

Questions like:
1- Is firewood provided and is it seasoned enough to actually burn?
2- Do you feel the need to stay at your site to avoid being robbed?
3- Can you arrive without having made a reservation, and instead pay cash for one or two nights?
4- Is there the presence of some kind of authority figure such as a ranger or other park security?
5- Can you drive through to select a site you like, or is it assigend?
6- Are the sites private, large, and spaced far from the neighboring sites?
7- Is noise and/or partying something that should be expected, especially at night?
8- Are there electric outlets and/or spigots with drinkable water locted conveniently?
Any ideas concerning these or other subjects you think would be of interest, would be appreciated
Thanks

hi i have gone to the Salisbury reservation. u usually have to make a reservation online under reserve america or you can call them at 1-877-422-6762. They do have electric and water hookups. also they sell firewood cause its now against the regulations to transport your own wood. the fees are 22 per day and within walking distance to the beach.
