Looks handy, might help you find your tent in the dark after walking out in the woods to use the restroom. Might also mark the trail to the restroom. I used to use reflective tacks, like the ones used to mark hunting trails. They helped me find my way back to my campsite after wandering off during the night. I thought my campfire was bright enough to see from a distance. But, I did have trouble finding my way back a couple times. While I was off exploring, the fire burned down and was hard to see. Now I mark my trail with reflective tape or tacks. You can see them for a mile off.

These are awesome.  It would be great to buy a tent where glow in the dark zipper pulls are standard.  I can't believe tent manufacturers haven't figured this out yet???

There's another product like this that's even brighter called "lunateks." They aren't zipper pulls, just cards and sheets with a bunch of phosphor in them. I saw them on eBay and got a couple. You hang them overhead and charge them with a flashlight and it makes it so you can see enough not to crack your head.

One handy little item I found at our local WallyMart awhile back, I found some greenish-white "Glow-in-the-dark" tent stakes - they really work!  Unfortuntely, when I tried to get another set for another tent, they had discontinued them!  "DOH!"

Bigdog, they are currently in stock at our west coast WalMarts, but they don't hold up in our decomposed granite soil so we use the 12-inch steel stakes for every corner and "neon" tent cord purchased at Home Depot.  Tent cord, like non-disposable tents,  is one of those items you DON'T want to buy at WalMart, it's overpriced junk.  Even funnier, the Coleman brand of 1-pound propane cylinders are $2.37 but the house brand are 2/$5.12.  Go figure... Cheesy
