Caramel Cinnamon Apples

Very Simple:
Core the apple leaving a bit of apple at the bottom.
Fill center with a bit of cinnamon and caramel.
Place apple in foil.
Fold foli around apple, twisting at the top.
Place wrapped apple on coals of campfire (10 - 20 minutes) until apple is soft when poked with fork.

Sounds wonderful, I want to go camping just to try this one...  (I could do it at home, but it gives me an excuse to go camping)

Good for desert. Might be a little messy while camping if you know what i mean. haha.
