New to pop up and need advice

After the first of the year after I get my income tax return I am going to be looking to purchase a pop up for between $2500-$3000 dollars so my family can do more vacations and some friends and myself can go to Florida and do surf fishing. But I am totally new to this. I want one that has heat and air and a commode/shower in it. Can I get a reasonable pop up for this price? How long can I expect the air to work. Will it leak after so many years? You know the basic questions. Is there any where I can get this information?

Using your Google-fu, you should be able to find one or more websites with TT sales ads.  A buddy found one once when looking for RV's - it was separated into types and classes of RV and TT - lots of used units for sale.  The seller should list the features, so you can see which ones meet your needs.  For that price range, it'll definitely need to be used - but many folks sell them after little use - the family just doesn't get 'the bug'.....   
A buddy has a nice pop-up with heat and AC, and limited kitchen facilities - but a commode/shower - that will be a bigger PU I'm thinking!

I thought of getting one awhile back. But, that little voice of common sence said " Let me get this straight, you want to buy a " TENT" on "WHEELS" and pay as much for it as a decent used RV goes for" 
So I never bought one.
